Plant data & SCADA
Your plant already knows where it's losing money.
Every stop, start, fault, bale and kilowatt is sitting in your PLCs right now. We capture it with accurate timestamps, add the operator's reason for every stop, then put it to work the way that suits you: an AI analytics layer we build, integration with your existing systems, or raw data in your SharePoint.
Try it yourself
Run a plant from your browser.
A working demo of the plant monitoring and control systems we build: two production lines with live OEE and first-out faults, motor condition monitoring, lead/lag compressed air, process water tanks and a live energy meter. Pick a scenario, sign in as an operator, stop a line, trip a compressor and log the reason for every stop.

Simulated data only. No real site is connected. Built by AMC to show the operator screens, alarming, trends and management reporting we deliver for real sites.
Your data, your way
Three ways to use it.
Every site is different. Pick the level that suits your team, and change it later as you grow.
Option 01
We build the AI analytics layer
AMC builds the analytics on top of your data: dashboards, automatic shift and monthly reports, and an AI assistant that answers plain questions like "what were the five biggest causes of lost time this month?"
Option 02
Integrate with your existing systems
Already running an ERP, MES, historian, Power BI or a corporate reporting platform? We connect the plant data into it, so it sits alongside the numbers your business already trusts.
Option 03
Raw data to your SharePoint
Clean, validated raw data dropped automatically into a dated SharePoint folder every shift, in open formats, alongside the PDF shift report. Your team or your own analysts take it from there.
What you get
Facts first, then decisions.
Find what stopped first
When one machine trips, five others stop with it. Event-level timestamps show the first-out cause, so a 3-minute feed conveyor fault isn't counted as four separate stand stoppages.
The operator's side of the story
A downtime window on the SCADA screen asks for a reason and comment for every stop over your threshold. Machine evidence plus people on the floor.
Energy and cost per unit
kWh, peak demand and power factor aligned with production, so you see energy per bale, per tonne or per batch, and what you're paying to run plant that isn't producing.
Automatic shift reports
At every shift change, a well-formatted PDF production report is generated and sent automatically: shift summary, OEE, downtime by cause, the event and alarm log, operator comments and energy use. Nobody has to remember to export anything.
You own the data
Whichever option you choose, the data lives in your systems in open formats. No AMC subscription needed to read it, and no lock-in.
Control stays in charge
Data collection is read-only. Your PLCs keep running the plant, scan times are checked before and after, and nothing comes back into the control network.
How the data flows
From the plant floor to your desk.
Platforms we work with
All the major automation brands, plus bespoke and proprietary systems.
Start small, prove it, then expand
- Site review of your PLCs, SCADA, network and meters
- Pilot on one line or a few key machines
- Automatic PDF shift reports from day one
- Choose your analytics: our AI layer, your systems, or raw data
- Expand plant-wide once the numbers are trusted
Next step
Got a plant, machine or board that needs sorting?
Send us the scope, drawings or a few photos. An engineer reads every request and comes back within one business day with next steps and a clear, upfront price.
